New this year is our Taste of the South food tour of Dunedin and coastal Otago.

Reknowned  for its Scottish heritage Dunedin is one of the unique attractions for visitors to the south.

From the earliest beginnings of settlement when the Maori chose the Otakau peninsula for its abundance of seafood to the early European settlers, when the first whiskey distillery was set up in New Zealand to the countries first cheese factory Dunedin has something for everyone.

Southern Clams are using the cold fresh nutrient rich waters of the Otago Harbour to produce some of the countries finest clams.

2 of the countries finest breweries reside here with Speights the original well established "Southern Man" brew, and the newcomer Emmersons with their ground breaking range of new beers.

Dont forget OCHO, the Otago chocolate company. With the the sad demise of Cadburys factory and the long established home of New Zealnd chocolate the OCHO
